The Mate-Riarchy is a scathing satire of toxic masculinity in the digital age. Through the actions of the five hosts of a fictional TV program called ‘The Mate-Riarchy’, this show explores what happens when toxic masculinity goes too far. Over the course of a 45 minute taping in front of a live studio audience, the five hosts must confront the consequences of their actions, as the audience is left to question: when is it not funny any more?
